The Decentralized Cloud Platform for enterprise scale, that provides access to enterprise-grade Proxy infrastructure, CDN, Web Scraping and Storage powered by a global digital resource network, while cutting cloud & data collection costs by up to 80%. Closed a $1M seed round at a $50M valuation (Arrington Capital, FALABLOCK, Charles Songhurst, Antony Lewis), with a seed extension in progress and $500k+ in non-dilutive grants including the Filecoin ProPGF $150k milestone grant. Signed an MoU with the DAWN Foundation for joint deployment of routing, compute, and storage. Built the team to 35 people including 8 senior hires.

New York-based 501(c)(3) co-founded with Rustam Baratov, working on equal youth access to education, UN Sustainable Development Goals alignment, and high-level engagement with United Nations institutions in New York, Geneva, and Vienna. Scaled to 200+ active members across 70+ countries, with 20+ high-level events, retreats, and structured leadership programmes. In February 2026 the Foundation was recommended for Special Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) by the UN Committee on NGOs. I frame the educational direction, define focal points for early-engagement projects, and coach students on EU trajectories.

Advising 10+ early-stage and growth-stage startups (founding to Series B) on business development, product-market fit, and Web3 fundraising, with successful raises in every engagement to date. Advising Series A-B teams on Web3 technical stack, software architecture, and open-source system design across Filecoin, Ethereum, and Avalanche ecosystems. Notable engagements include FileMarket Labs Ltd (product strategy, technical roadmap, and ecosystem partnerships for their decentralised infrastructure platform) and Collectif Labs Limited, where I contributed to an actor-based simulation framework analysing governance mechanisms and attack vectors in decentralised protocols, including audit work on Lido's dual-governance parameters.

Drove IPFS and Filecoin's Web3 and Web2 collaborations from startups to enterprises. Led the Filecoin Orbit developer relations program: 147 ambassadors across 40+ countries, 190 workshops and hackathons delivered, and ~10,000 developers onboarded. Designed hackathon and ecosystem programs that converted experimentation into 150+ projects deployed on Filecoin / IPFS / FVM. Mentored 20-50+ external teams on technical integration, product direction, and go-to-market. Conducted research positioning Protocol Labs' storage and compute stack for enterprise adoption.

Audit research on Lido's dual-governance parameters in collaboration with Collectif Labs: actor-based simulation framework analysing stakeholder incentives, attack vectors, and the practical limits of on-chain governance under adversarial conditions. Findings published as a research PDF inside the Lido dual-governance repository and contributed to broader practitioner conversations around multi-stakeholder decision-making in decentralised protocols.

Winning team, SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition. Designed and built a scalable airtight concrete tube for the magnetic-levitation transport system. A serious reminder that physical infrastructure and software are converging faster than the textbooks say.

Co-built a new educational track at TU Munich that lets 60+ students per year write their Master's thesis on their own startup. My own research: "Automated Wall Design Tool for Additive Manufacturing in Construction: Improving Element Performance by Increasing Design Complexity."
